At Hugs&Mart, we truly value you and want you to be completely happy with your shopping experience with us! If something isn't quite right with your order, we are always here to help you out nicely.

Quick Support & Issue Reporting

  • If you happen to receive an item with any issue, damage, or defect, please feel friendly to drop us a message on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving your package so we can take care of it for you right away.

  • For standard exchanges, you can reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns To make your return or exchange smooth, we kindly request that your shoes, bags, slippers, watches, perfume, and unopened items are unused, unworn, in their original condition, and packed nicely in their original packaging (along with tags, boxes, or seals).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items We carefully check our products, but if a mistake happens or an item arrives damaged, please share a quick photo or video with us within 24 hours. Once verified, we will gladly arrange a swift replacement or refund with a smile!

Items We Cannot Accept Back

  • Items that have been used, worn outdoors, or damaged after delivery unfortunately cannot be accepted for return.

  • For hygiene and safety care, perfumes that have been unsealed, sprayed, or opened, as well as worn socks or opened inner care items, cannot be returned.

  • Watches that show signs of wear, scratches, or altered links are also ineligible for return.

Change of Mind We understand preferences can change! However, returns purely due to a change of mind after delivery are generally not accepted, but we are always open to hearing you out and assisting you as best as we can at the discretion of Hugs&Mart.

Refunds Once your returned item safely reaches us and our team checks it with care, your refund or exchange will be processed smoothly through your preferred payment method.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is because of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from our side, Hugs&Mart will happily take care of the return shipping charges.

  • For other requests, shipping charges may apply.
